Cost Engineering & Benchmarking Role - Sheet Metal Industry (6-12 yrs)
B.E (Mech, IP) with Max 6 yrs experience . Out of which core manufacturing experience of min 2 to 4 years (I.e.,Sheet metal industry )
- Costing of sheet metal parts, on design 2 cost, nego calculations etc.
- Knowledge on sheet metal strip layouts, tool design and manufacturing (stage / progressive tool/ press tool)- Global costing on Sales price analysis, D2C, Nego calculations, RPP etc.
- Cost optimization ideas generation for process evaluation of cost savings (Added advantage)- Knowledge in GD&T, drawing reading capability, Measurement techniques knowledge
- Product development process / cycle understanding, Product cost structure understanding (Added advantage)
- Knowledge on Microsoft excel, Presentation, Good communication and willingness to learn
Qualifications - B.E/B.Tech
