Cost & Estimation Engineer (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NPD, Cost and Estimation
2. Preparing and estimating long and short-term project cost
3. Evaluating specifications, Design and estimation of quantities
4. To understand the technical specifications and preparation of Techno Commercial offers
5. NPD machine manufacturing support from start to dispatch.
6. Sound knowledge on manufacturing & machine shop, production shop having precision sheet metal experience and CNC Machining facilities is highly preferable
7. Should have proficient knowledge in CAD/ CAM/ PRO-E/SOLID WORKS/ DESIGN & NPD.
8. Material master creation, BOM updation, Routing creation & NPD machine production order release for machine parts
9. Process elimination in existing component by using VAVE & Cycle time reduction for all existing and new parts
10. Knowledge on AS 9001 certification & Implementation of Core standard systems to drive the work force towards world class
11. Qualification: Diploma/BE mechanical with 5-10 years of relevant experience
