Skill Description

- Shall have exposure to Project planning, coordination skills for high rise buildings.

- Shall have understanding of conceptual, detailed, working detail stage knowledge of all MEP, HVAC drawings and its coordination issues.

- Shall have update of latest local norms, National Building Code, IS Codes used for design and execution of the project.

- Shall have exposure to review the packages received from MEP Consultants and approve them on the basis standards

- Candidate must possess strong technical skills

- Expertise in CAD

- Quadra/High Rise knowledge is must.

Job Description

- To study project drawings/CAD drawings from costing point of view

- To do Services - item wise rate analysis, according to the latest rates of resources with Value engineering.

- To prepare detail BOQ for preparation of Budget for residential, commercial as well as infra work etc.

- To work out stage wise cost of the project.

- Monthly Reconciliation of materials.

- Knowledge of High Rise/Quadra or any other relevant software for data entry, monitoring budget & preparing different reports.

- Preparation of Strategies for all project's smooth coordination with Management and consultants.

- Shall have good knowledge in execution and estimation in electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, STPs, Automation, Fire Alarm System and building Management Systems.

- Should have experience in study of drawings, quality checking, Testing & Commissioning and verification of contractors billing.

- Review the tender documents submitted in the proposal stage, review techno commercial offers, prepares equipment schedule, material and man hour estimates.

- Co-ordinate with other departments like civil, interior, billing, quality, planning, contracts and execution etc. for smooth completion of project

- Check RA Bills, Final Bills, quality and quantity inspection at site as per tender.

- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards.

- Exposure in managing installation and commissioning of various systems in firefighting like sprinkler & Hydrant pump, jockey pump, Diesel engine pump with pendant & upright sprinkler and Hydrant Hose Box.

- Exposure in plumbing system like domestic and flushing water supply pump, sump pump, toilet accessories, rain water system etc.
