Job Description :

- Understanding business and ensuring that the entire operation operates safely and efficiently to provide high quality work at all times

- Formulation and achievement of goals (vertical based) in line with corporate vision, mission and objectives of the company

- Ensuring strategy, structure, staffing, skills, style and processes are synergetic with the business objectives

- Analysing and acting according to the business needs

- Reviewing quality and services

- Ensuring that employees are result oriented and able to operate as a team

- Achieving operational and financial performance of the overseas centre

- Deriving business plan and get approval from the management

- Ensuring compliance with productivity, quality and service delivery metrics for all assigned points

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain best practices

- Directing, controlling and monitoring the performance of each branch and branch head.

- Annual resource planning - forecasting resource requirements and managing the source of availability

Desired profile of the candidate :

Proficiency in Spanish Language is a must - Very Important

- Can handle or manage overseas facility/project on his own

- Have good liasioning skill

- Excellent man-management skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-development skills

International exposer will be preferred

- A go-getter with a dynamic personality

- Have analytical ability to make comparative study of the future business opportunity
