Industry exposure - Petrochemical, Refinery & Oil & Gas.

Age Criteria - Professionals under 40 years of age only.

- I level - 4 to 8 years of experience - 8 LPA - 20 LPA - Technologist

Job Description -

Experience in Cracker plants, Ethylene cracker, Capex revamp improvement, Oil fin/Steam cracker,Hydro cracker, Gas Cracker, Process design, process simulation, Process Engineer, Process Technology.

Job Purpose :

Provide advanced technical support to the site related to the technology in order to achieve business targets and continuously improve process safety, environment and profitability by implementing improvement projects. Ensure completion of assigned technical jobs and accuracy of generated data.

Job Accountabilities :

- Process & quality monitoring for respective technology plants

- Identify and analyse deviations

- Perform root cause analysis

- Propose corrective action and track the status of process improvement

- Identify opportunities for profit improvement

- Identify opportunities for product quality enhancement

- Process design calculations for the improvement schemes

- Develop process design package using appropriate tools

- Participate in commercial plant trials

- Understand and evaluate basic engineering design documents

- Participate in plant performance audits as per set guidelines

- Participate in Critical PHAs and turnaround activities of the related plants

- Validate MoCs to ensure specified standards and codes are followed in calculations

- Support preparation of stage gate-2 and 3 document for Capital projects

- Participate in HAZOP of new projects

- Validate equipment data sheets prepared by engineering contractor

- Contribute to derive value from technology network

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

- Min. BE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute

- Min. 4 years of experience with at least 2 years in plant Operations / CTS

- Experience in PVC/VCM technology (in CTS or operations)
