Cracker Technologist - Process Engineering (4-22 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer with expertise in cracker plants, including Ethylene, Oilfin/Steam, Hydro, and Gas crackers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading capex revamp improvement projects, process design, and simulation to optimize production efficiency and reliability in cracker plant operations. This role involves leveraging advanced process technology knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall plant performance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in process design, simulation, and optimization of cracker plants, including Ethylene, Oilfin/Steam, Hydro, and Gas crackers.
- Strong knowledge of capex revamp improvement projects and process technology in the petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, or similar tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a plant environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address process optimization opportunities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in plant operations.
- Knowledge of environmental and regulatory standards related to cracker plant operations.
