Cremica - Manager - Quality Assurance (8-10 yrs)
We are looking for a QA Manager for a high end bakery plant in Greater Noida. The person has to be excellent in his communication skills as dealing with representatives from multinationals like McDonalds, KFC, Dominos, Burger King, etc will be involved. The role will also involve interacting and working with senior reputed persons at the plant from production and other departments and hence will demand a lot of maturity. Salary can be more than what is benchmarked in the industry, given the candidate is worthy enough. Candidates from food industry only required.
1. Work experience:
- Should have at least 8 to 10 yrs of experience of which 2-3 yrs should be in a managerial role
- Should be able to handle a team of around 15- 20 persons
2. Academics: B. Tech in Food Technology/ Masters in Bio Technology or Bio Chemistry or Chemistry
3. Communication Skill: Should be strong in both oral and written communication
4. Preferred companies: Britannia/ ITC /Parle /Cargill / GSK/ Nestle (food industry)
5. Location: G. Noida
6. Product: Breads (English Oven) and Buns (institutional - McDonalds, KFC, etc and in-house - pav, kulchas, etc.)
7. Working days - 6 days a week
