Crescent Foundry - Safety Officer - Fire Hydrant System (5-15 yrs)
- Over all responsibility of Fire (Fire Extinguishers Installation, Refilling, Testing & Maintenance & Inspection & maintenance of Hydrant System) of entire Plant.
- Fire Training delivering among the shop floor employees.
- Day to day Inspection of Shop floor on Unsafe Act, conditions & follow-up of same for compliance, Delivering EHS training on various topics for awareness at shop floor level as well as to management for awareness of regulatory requirements applicable in the plants
- Conducting Safety/DSO meeting and mock drill exercise at defined frequencies.
- Day to day Inspection of Shop floor and identify unsafe conditions & actions across the plant and communicate to the respective department for elimination.
- Conducting periodical statutory testing of Lifting tackles/equipment's, Pressure vessels, fire fighting equipments etc.
- Preparing Monthly safety report, MIS report, Annual Budget, Annual Report, Accident Incident & Injury Statistic,
- Maintaining Health & Safety documents for ISO and OHSAS audit.
