Job Description -
- Lead the team in proper and efficient manner to ensure strong interpersonal relations.
- Monitor inventory levels of Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods and Rejected Material.
- Review all work performed by production employees for completion, accuracy and quality and identify their performance requirements and company training needs.
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure proper supply of materials & supplies.
- Perform regular workplace inspections, both scheduled and unscheduled.
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Determining quality control standards as and when required.
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
