Crusher Manager (5-10 yrs)
Crusher Manager -Job Description:
The Crusher Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the crusher plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production while maintaining equipment, manpower, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and supervise crusher plant operations to meet production targets
- Monitor plant performance, output quality, and operational efficiency
- Ensure proper operation of jaw, cone, VSI crushers and screening systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate breakdown repairs
- Enforce safety policies, statutory compliance, and environmental regulations
- Manage manpower deployment, shift planning, and team performance
- Control raw material usage, production costs, and spare parts inventory
- Maintain production reports, inspection records, and plant documentation
- Coordinate with quarry, transport, and management teams
Requirements :
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mining, or Civil Engineering
- 5- 12 years experience in crusher plant / mining / aggregates operations
- Strong knowledge of crushing equipment and plant processes
- Leadership, problem-solving, and operational planning skills
- Familiarity with safety standards and plant maintenance practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale stone crusher or quarry operations
- Ability to optimise production and reduce downtime
- Good communication and reporting skills
