Cushman & Wakefield - Intern - Strategy Consulting - Real Estate (0-4 yrs)
- Cushman & Wakefield is looking for Interns strategy consulting team.
- The interns will get to work on variety of advisory projects related to strategic decisions of important clients for C&W including Developers, Occupiers, retailers, Investors and Government agencies.
- Typical advisory engagements that the candidate will get exposure to would include devising asset/platform level development and investment strategies, portfolio strategies, location advisory, Techno-economic Viability Studies, workplace strategy, Entry and Location Strategy, PPP advisory
- Supporting the consulting team on various real estate strategy assignments
- Execute analytics tasks and reports assigned
- Source data and information from Primary & Secondary research
- Analyse economic and real estate data and Build reports and ppt's
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Masters/MBA (Engineering/Architecture/Finance/Civil) is preferred
Competencies :
- Good Communication skill (written and verbal articulate)
- Strong Research Skills
- Creative Analytical Skills
- Team Player
- PPT and Excel skills is a must
- Real Estate Market Knowledge will be added advantage
