Cushman & Wakefield - Project Manager - Facade (8-12 yrs)
a) Specialist in Fa- ade works but not limited to Glazing
b) Has worked with multiple painting finishes
c) Expertise in Spider Glazing and usage of large area glass panels
d) Knowledge of Glazing methodologies including but not limited to double glazing, unitized installation, canopies etc
e) Knowledge of onsite double glazing shall be an advantage.
f) Knowledge of cladding works such as wet/dry stone cladding, GRC, Aluminum, etc.
g) Ability to assist in design development including structural analysis audit
h) Ability to work on Value Engg., options during design development
i) Ability to assess design from buildability perspective
j) Management of execution works.
k) Has a knowledge of EHS and its implementation
l) Knowledge of prevalent Project management methodologies
m) Co-ordinates with multiple disciplines and contractors
