Custiv - Regional Manager (8-10 yrs)
Regional Manager Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute strategies for efficient supply chain management and customer satisfaction in the West region.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers like Reliance, Tata, L&T, Adani, AMNS, steel plants and other customers alike
3. Lead and motivate the regional team to achieve dispatch targets and operational excellence.
4. Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and ensure budget compliance.
5. Manage and monitor Fabricators and Vendors in the region to meet operational targets.
