Cutting Supervisor - Ship Recycling (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- He should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. and also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
- Coordinate internal resources.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- The candidate should be working on target basis activity.
- Report and escalate to project manager as needed
- Manage the relationship with subordinates/co-workers.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Should have good knowledge in ship breaking industry. He should have at least 7 to 12 years of experience in a similar field.
- Should have good knowledge of cutting of ship metal.
- Should have good knowledge of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals
