Job description :
Repair Assigned Breakdown Complaints in time in UP-BEMP Dashboard.
- Complete Assigned Preventive Maintenance in time in UP-BEMP Dashboard.
- Raise Purchase Request for spares required to resolve a breakdown.
- Customer/ User Training to handle Biomedical Equipments.
- Mapping of Biomedical Equipments.
- Relationship Maintenance with Hospital Staffs and Authorities.
- Ensure Patient Safety, User Safety and Performance of all biomedical Equipment in assigned hospitals.
- Report to assigned location on time with all the necessary and required tools and spares.
- Responsible for providing periodic maintenance services (Breakdown/Preventive/Calibration).
- Receive, Arrange and carry spares and tools required as and when required from Local Market,
Division Stock, Central Stock and OEM.
- Maintain Inventory of tools and spares to attend majority of Breakdown calls.
- Responsible for Installation of Medical Equipment as and when required.
- Responsible for timely update to reporting Manager.
- Attend Meeting with Customer for Feedback/Suggestions of the project.
- Fill Electrical Safety Checklist as and when required.
- Fill Incident Report as and when Required.
- Attend Division Meeting and make action plan in advance.
- Enhance Technical Capabilities on regular basis and attend Internal Trainings.
- On Time Escalation of Complaints as and when required.
