Job Description :
Must Have Exp in Dairy Industry.
- Should have knowledge in production, food processing, blending, packaging, quality checking.
- Should have a decent communication skill
- Production Planning, Shift Handling, Manpower Handling, Productivity, QMS & safety system Implementation
- Ensure that required manpower is provided to each production area
- Ensure that the Production is being done as per the planning.
- Ensure that required manpower is provided to each production area.
- Ensure all records are being maintained as per the requirements of the procedure.
- Ensure proper recording and storage of non-confirming products and its utilization as per the given directions.
- Ensure that the cleaning of plant and equipment as per schedule.
- Ensure personnel working in the area follow SSOP requirements.
