Position: Customer Support Engineer
Qualification : Diploma/ BE - Electronics & Communication
Experience : 3 to 5 years
CTC : upto 5LPA
Job Description :
- Experience in GPS, Telematics devices, and vehicle tracking.
- Have field experience in solving customer's issues with the devices.
- Ability to gather, view, and analyse data.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel.
- Exposure to Coordinate for AIS140 Empanelment in States.
- Experience in field to analyse and resolve field issue related to Telematics and Vehicle control unit.
- Customer Centric focus.
- Improve service operation Efficiency and reduce TAT for customer complaints.
- Exposure in handling Software flashing, OTA, Root cause analysis.
- Willing to travel the field to address customer Issues Voluntarily .
- Having Experience in troubleshooting.
- Capability to Identify and develop customer relationship through Innovative thinking.
Functional Skills :
- Good at problem solving skills
- Experience in electronics product service function & field exposure.
- Data analytic skills
- Communication skills
- Fluent speaking in both English and Hindi is must.
- Ability to do RCA & CAPA for technical issues.
- MS Office
