Dchord Design Labs - Executive - Procurement - Interior Fitouts (1-5 yrs)

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors across nation for goods and material procurement. Maintain constant communication with vendors regarding delivery arrival, departure etc.

Responsibilities :

- Identifies and researches potential new suppliers

- Researches new products and services to meet company's goals

- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials on PAN India basis

- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project

- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules

- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation

- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
