Decathlon - Fabric Technologist (5-10 yrs)
You are attached to Production Textile Team where in you will have to identify the risks and managing solution findings, to make suppliers autonomous and improve continuously the performance in quality, process and sustainability.
Key responsibilities :
1. Onfield quality control and process improvements
2. Strong problem solving skills on field.
3. Assessing the risk management to be quicker in decision making skills.
4. R&D - to propose innovation range
Education : Engineering in textile chemistry (preferred) or degree in textiles.
You can apply if you have :
- 5-10 yeras of experience in fabric technology
- Good knowledge in fabric making
- Strong technical know-how to work on fabric costings
If you currently reside in Tamilnadu, Karnataka
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Management skills
- Good knowledge on market updates on technologies/context
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact with different levels of business
- Advanced MS office skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Hindi
