Deep Industries Limited - Senior Project Engineer (3-6 yrs)
Site Construction :
1. Collect project related documentation (Before start of the construction activity), plan and prepare Action tracker for work commencement at site
2. Give guidance for Plot plan & other drawings and collect site details
3. Carry out Equipment Pre-dispatch inspection with TPI at workshop
4. Finalization and deployment of Civil, Fabrication and E&I contractor at site
5. Gate pass process and site facility arrangement follow-up
6. Civil, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation work execution / follow-up at site & workshop
7. Site work checking as per P&ID, GAD and other signed document
8. Meeting with Client as required
9. Frequent visits to site for checking work progress
10. Daily review of DPR for Site and HO (Action tracker for HO personnel)
11. Planning for balance work activity at site & Commissioning work follow up
12. Preparing and sending communication for site related issues.
13. Documentation work (For submission to Client and for our records)
14. Bill Submission / Payment Process /Petty cash
15. Follow-up for readiness of Compressor Packages and coordination between procurement and workshop team for package material and parts
16. Follow-up E-Invoice and E-Way Bill
Material Coordination :
1. Material Indent as per BOM
2. Procuring material from Store
3. Material Tracker update
4. Expedite delivery of Material
5. Material transfer from Workshop to Site and being present during loading
Logistics Coordination:
Logistics Indent/ Vehicle Placement / Vehicle follow up
