Delhivery - Project Engineer (0-4 yrs)
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join the Automation & Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has strong coordination skills, and a basic understanding of data and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Use of basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to monitor performance metrics like resource utilization.
- Support the planning and execution of warehouse automation and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with teams to understand needs and align business and technical requirements, and vendors for timely project implementation.
- Help identify improvement areas in operations using data trends and observations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with exposure to logistics or automation preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.
