Role : Delivery head - HVAC domain
Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Experience : 16 to 21 Years
Mandatory skills :
- 16 + years of relevant experience, primarily in engineering services
- Delivery management of engineering services portfolio in HVAC domain forlarge Industrial set-ups
- Should have very strong experience in Designing HVAC controllers - both outside and indoor units, Control systems
- Experience in Chiller and Air Handler unit.
- Knowledge on Building Management system
- Proven track record in exceeding customer commitments and contractual SLAs
- Experienced in developing engagement proposals and driving business growth
- Well versed in identifying & deploying strategies for increasing WIN ratio
- Aptitude for innovation, solution differentiation, productivity & cost savings initiatives
- Should have excellent leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
