Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned mechanical engineer with 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor domain, specifically in core equipment design companies. As a Delivery Lead, you will manage project deliveries, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of our engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, project management, and leadership, with a clear potential to grow into an Engineering Manager role within 4-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project deliveries for mechanical designs of equipment, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

- Lead cross-functional teams, comprising mechanical engineers, designers, and other stakeholders

- Collaborate with global teams to align design and development processes

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and quality

- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

- Contribute to the development of engineering strategies, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in mechanical design and project management within the semiconductor industry

- Proven track record of managing project deliveries for mechanical designs of equipment

- Strong background in core semiconductor equipment design companies (e.g., Applied Materials, KLA-Tencor, Lam Research, etc.)

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with design and development of semiconductor equipment

- Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and software

- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes
