DEPPL - Engineer - Costing & Estimation (5-10 yrs)
- Tender & Department standard specification/manual study and maintain all updates.
- Keep updates all SOR and IS
- Update all list prices and technical catalogues
- Prepare deviation sheet and submit to clients
- Flot inquiries to vendors
- Prepare comparison check, if any deviation from vendors also check, need to verify the terms of payment before tender price bid submission
- Check tender drawings and devitions with specifications
- Prepare Barchart
- Prepare work orders for material and labours.
- Prepare comparison statement with final rates of vendors with suitable payment terms
- Conduct factory/site inspection before dispatch clearance and or final payment
- Attend technical, marketing seminar of new products as well as existing products.
- Educate site supervisor, Engineer with tender specification, Drawings, Barchart and BOQ
- Material re-conciliation at the time of indent, Material indent approval
- Prepare RA for extra items & get it approved from Department.
