- Check tender Eligibility Criteria
- Make required documents in Soft & hard copy for tender submission
- Make deviation sheet regarding Tender
- Share Enquiry of items, take follow up with Vendor
- Get quotation of items, make Rate cooperation with technical specification.
- Make Costing Sheet for Tender
- Submit online required documents, also prepare & make hard copy documents cover.
- Do new registration for Tendering.
- Do renewal process for registered like CPWD, R&B etc.
Planning & Execution :
- Make purchase Enquiry & share it.
- Make comparison sheet of received quotation
- Finalize Vendor.
- Make Purchase Order :
- Make Labour Contractor Work Orders
- Take follow up for Materials
- Arrange Inspection Call at Vendor's Place.
- Prepare Work Progress report of Ongoing Street Light's Sites.
- Track Work Progress with respect to work allotted.
- Arrange a manpower(technicians/Supervisor) at site as required.
- Make Estimate & update As Built (Final Measurement)
- Make Sales bill of Ongoing sites & submit to account department.
- Make Labour Bill.
- Check requirement of materials for ongoing Sites & arrange it.
- Talk with Officers (AUDA/AMC/VMC/Consultant/Owner) as & when required.
- Do site visit as & when required.
- Do reconciliation of materials
- Make Completion Certificate of completed Works.
