Deputy Divisional Head - Steel Melting Shop Operations
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Experience: 7 to 13 years
Must have: Experience in operations in Steel Melting
Job Responsibility :
- Safe working culture across the plant
- Co-ordination with top management for optimization of productivity
- To reduce specific energy consumption of per ton of steel
- Electric arc furnace (EAF) and Ladle Refining furnace (LRF) experience is mandatory
- To Facilitate in Modification of equipment and processes
- Facilitate New Product development
- Facilitate Training of employees
- Monitoring of delays and CAPA implementation
- Development of sub ordinates by training to take higher responsibilities to achieve organization goal.
- Proper co ordination with quality to restrict rejection and customer satisfaction
- Ensure SOP availability for all processes & compliance as per SOP
