Deputy Divisional Head Wire Rod Mill Operation

Experience - 7 to 15 years

Location - Jamshedpur

Must have - Operation, maintenance, plant operation, Budgeting & compliances, Wire Rod Mill Operation

Responsibility :

- Responsible for Implementation of all management directives in department.

- Achievement all parameters as per Business plan of department

- To maintain accident free & safe working Department

- Ensure Compliance of all management directives in department.

- Analysing the gap & take corrective action.

 -Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction within the division.

- Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other executives within the division.

- Oversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

- Make & Manage budget

 -Be responsible for overall successful operation

- Determines ways to reduce costs, increase revenues and improve overall company performance.

- Coordinate and manage subordinates, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and allocate tasks and resources as needed.

- Manage a diverse, multi disciplined team of professionals

- Set clear goals and objectives for the team

- Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and provide guidance and direction

 - Evaluate subordinates, providing constructive feedback

- Contribute to the maximization of efficiency and productivity

- Achieving the organization's overall strategic goals and contributing to the profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans.

- Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.

Requirement

Education Qualification- bachelor's degree in metallurgical/ Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Relevant Experience- 7 years- experience in plant operation will be preferred.
