Deputy Engineer (1-10 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Attend to Design reviews for fixed molds.
- Study Assembly Drawings of fixed molds prior to assembly.
- Detail knowledge about the status and position of fixed molds inserts & manufacturing process
- Follow up on delivery of Std. Parts, Mold Bases, HR systems prior to assembly start plan
- Ensure QC check of main parts are completed before T-0 testing. Judge acceptance of reports with consultation of the section supervisor. full
- Plan parallel Bench-work and Mold Assembly activities during processes wherever possible.
- Ensure checking of molds (Slide actuation, Ejection, Cooling, Hot Runner connections etc.) before send to Testing (checklist should be filled).
- Attend to Molds Testing without fail. Observe problems and prepare potential corrections during testing itself.
- Maintain Mold Test reports, Corrective Action reports and QC data for each of the molds.
- Summarize and Edit dimension changes to Design once completed.
