Qulification - BE degree civil
- DGM project handled with high rise indepently.
- Handled high rise, aluform, and 15 Lakh sqft residenia construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of D & D, Planning, Contracts, Billing and estimation
- Involved in pre con, con and post con process. Chair All design coordination meetings with consultant.
- Execute the works as per GFCs issued by consultant. Vendor finalization and negotiation.
- Technical solutions for any issues occur during execution.
- Lead Entire team for Progress, Quality & HSE.
- Monitoring Bar chart wrt time and cost.
- To arrange necessary third-party test on site.
- To get necessary field tests done
- Attending internal & external IMS Audits
- Co-ordination with client, consultant, contractor, and site team. Complete responsibility of the project including speed, quality, and economy with safety.
