Deputy General Manager/Head - Purchase - Apparel Manufacturing (13-18 yrs)
- Should be from a similar industry
- Excellent understanding of fabric and fashion
- Should have the independent management of an apparel business of at least 300 crores per annum.
- Should be incharge of managing a team doing own designs, fabric selections and incharge of fabric to final product execution.
- Responsible for top line and net margin & inventory turns.
- Should be able to identify opportunities and challenges within the assigned category
- Business Planning and Budgeting for In-house Brands & External Brands
- Category Management, developing strategies which are consistent with the Company's overall goals for assigned categories. Monitoring and reporting performance.
- Creating Buying Plans and Order Management.
- Merchandise Planning includes Assortment Planning, Promotions & OTB Management
- Vendor Management, creating the vendor plan to achieve the business objectives
