We are looking for a leadership role GM/DGM Operations for one of our leading clients in Solar Industry.
Experience: 7 years into Solar Industry (Relevant Experience)
Location: Howrah, Kolkota
Education: B.E / B. Tech (Electrical) with MBA (Preferred)
Roles & Responsibility:
- Handling and taking complete ownership of multiple projects Operations in PAN India Basis .
- Will be responsible for monitoring and ensure Budget & Timely delivery of EPC Solar Rooftop projects.
- Will have to ensure the smooth project operations of the Branch offices in PAN India basis.
- Handling Big ticket business of both Government & Corporate Projects/ Tenders requirement.
- Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of different projects in field level for Operations.
- Capable to prepare the Budget for various Projects Operations.
- Good Experience in Vendor Management, Contractor Management and Logistic Support.
- Will have taken to take complete Ownership of Project delivery from order to payment.
- Regular interaction with the project sites regarding stock issues and solving it in a timely manner.
- To build cost efficiencies in local procurement.
- To monitor market price for cost reduction.
- To ensure availability of material as per requirement of Projects.
- Strong exposure required towards Raw material purchase in Solar industry.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Will have to manage the Supply chain management.
- Will be responsible for Warehouse stock in PAN India basis.
- Will be responsible for Internal Audit of Stock and Project Operations on quarterly basis.
- Very Good communication & writing skill with experience of working on ERP.
- Must have experience of team handling.
- Talent in negotiations and networking and strong Leadership qualities.
- Open to traveling as per requirement of the Company.
