Experience Required : Minimum 20 years

Education : B.E (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical)

Key skills required :

- Experience of managing O&M services of water or waste water utilities required

1. Experience of WTP and DAF system operations and maintenance

2. Experience of Filter bed maintenance, back wash system and zero discharge practice

3. Approx. 500 man power handling experience and capability

4. Over all experience in water quality, chlorination system and handling procedure

5. Experience of Leading and heading of Utility Network

6. Experience of PPP project, construction of Pipe line network

7. Experience of EPC, structural erecting, piping, testing, commissioning

8. Overall Incharge of O&M of transmission and distribution of water network

9. Pumping stations overhauling, Operations and Management

10. Pipe Line repair & maintenance, Valve repair

11. Project Planning and Coordination.

12. BOQ based Estimation of On going repairs, Contractor supervision for quick repair, quality and costs

13. Bill checking and approval for payments.

14. DMA and network planning,

15. Managing Service level and KPIs

16. Procurement of clearances and inventory control

17. Ensuring all covenants of Concessional Agreements are met.

18. Budgeting and costing as management goal

19. Efficiency improvement of pumps, motors and network system

20. Good administrative skills required

21. Experience of billing management for domestic and industrial customers

22. Management of customer base, complaint, new preferable

23. Management of manpower (on-roll / contractual)

24. Coordination and local liaison with Authorities, clients administration

Age : 40 to 45 years. Medically fit ( No sugar and High BP)

Preferred Languages : Bengali, Hindi and English.

Competencies :

- Ability to work on site for repairs and O&M jobs.

- Ability to get job done by contractor

- Strong supervision skills.

- Computer literacy and SAP knowledge

- Plan and implement.
