Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Imports (5-15 yrs)
We have an urgent Opening for " Deputy Manager/Asst. Manager - Imports - Delhi Location
Role Profile :
Job Title : Deputy Manager/Asst. Manager - Imports
Department : Purchase ( Head Office)
Location : Delhi
Reports to : GM ( Purchase)
Role Objective : Responsible for Import activities at HO
Principal Accountabilities :
Operational :
- Getting offers and preparation of quotation Comparative Chart.
- Issuance of Purchase Orders.
- Coordination with vendors and Preparation of Service level reports of vendors.
- Preparation of day to day reports.
- Rigrous follow up to meet the deadlines.
- Documentation, data compilation & MIS Reports.
Primary Interactions :
- External Vendors, Internal customers including Plant, Quality, stores and accounts
Education : BE/BTech with MBA from a reputed institute/Materials Management
Experience : At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Age : 25-35 years
Knowledge and skill set :
- Should have sound knowledge on MM (Imports) module of SAP
- Should have worked at Least 3 years in Import profile.
- Sould be well vesred with Incoterms and other import functions
- Should be well versed with Statisical tools and,Analyses of data
- Quality conscious
- Should be literate with computer in MS Office, PowerPoint
Industry Type Any Industry having SAP working (Preference will be given to a person from Cement Manufacturing industry)
