Work experience:
- Around 4 years to 9 years of relevant work experience in Quality Management, TQM preferably with agro-chemical or chemical manufacturing company
- Should have experience on Problem Solving Approach, Improvement Methodology, Statistics, Process Excellence, Process Flow Diagram, SIPOC, etc.
Job responsibilities:
- TQM Implementation (Policy Management, Daily Management, Cross Functional Management, Employee Engagement, etc.)
- TQM Promotion (Building TQM Culture in the plant, TQM Publications, Intra unit TQM Competitions, etc.)
- Training & Capability Building
- Secretariat (MIS, Coordination with Unit / Corporate TQM team, etc.)
