Location : Kharagpur
Experience : 5 to 7 years
Must Have :
- Experience in CSM Implementation
- Hands on experience to handle 5000 plus contract workmen
Job Description :
Key Performance Indicators :
- Formulation of policy decisions as per new requirements and learnings with regard to CSM implementation.
- To provide input to senior management about status of CSM deployment
- To provide support & resources for CSM standard deployment for all divisions
- To conduct site visits at contractor working site
- Monthly review on deployment of CSM standard across the organization
Job Specifics :
- Hand holding the new contractor.
- Participate in bidding process.
- Organize the CSMS meeting.
- To ensure effective functioning of CSMS AIC
- To have a system in place to enable local operations teams to provide feedback on contractor.
- Safety performance and share information in each division.
- To ensure that contractors selected to conduct work shall have Safety Management systems in place that align with company Health and Safety policy, principles and expectations
