Educational Qualification : BE Mech or Industrial Engineering

Experience : Minimum 10 yrs

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ensures all product development stages such as design, engineering, materials, processes, tooling, pre-series, prototyping, product lifecycle management, are conducted as per plan.

- Evaluation of resource needs for the projects assigned, including investment needs.

- Lead all the necessary technical support activities to the pre-sales projects, ensure a high % of winning potential business with appropriate level or margin.

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of standards within the local DEC (safety, security, people motivation, professionalism, etc.)

- Is the management representative of the local DEC to the customer.

- Optimizes the utilization of resources (people and equipment) within the local DEC

- Presents key topics in scope of responsibility to Top management meetings.

- Resolves local issues, and escalates to superior (by providing potential solutions, proposals) when necessary.

- Responsible for the deployment process of all company policies within the local DEC

- Co-ordinates with all functions to participate in the continuous improvement activities

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Automobile, Mechanical, Production/Industrial
