Deputy Manager - Electrical & Electronics - Excavator (6-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Design of electrical schematics & harnesses on Zuken and electrical assemblies on Siemens NX
- Design, optimization & selection of electrical & electronics components for compaction machines
- Implementation of risk assessments and FMEA
- Preparation of functional requirements & V&V test documents for software/hardware on the basis of superordinate product marketing letters together with the engineering department
- Working with suppliers to guarantee that software/hardware is delivered on time, cost-effective and with the right specifications
- Planning, execution and implementation of tests to guarantee the electrical/electronic systems meet the JCB standards
- Coordination and support of prototype production
- Electrical & Electronic Systems trouble shooting on prototypes and production machines
- Management/coordination of resources & support
Skills :
- Attitude of learning, vehicle integration, product design ownership & responsible for electrical & electronic systems of entire machine.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Unigraphics, Teamcenter & Zuken
- Adapt to challenging and Demanding Environment.
