Deputy Manager - HMV Maintenance (15-25 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Co-ordinate with sites workshop for maintenance and repair of all the vehicle fleet including gas and oil tankers, trailers, tipper trucks, Diesel and CNG operated Tractor head (Prime Mover), diesel and CNG generator, bus, ambulance, fire tender, water tanker, crane truck and other support equipment (electrical, electronic and mechanical).
2. Do root cause analysis of major and repetitive failures.
3. Prepare annual operating budget for spare parts, tyres, lubricants, batteries, consumables and tools. Forecast and order spare parts for stocks replenishment.
4. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and MIS & DSS reports.
5. Preparation of OPEX and CAPEX budget.
Requirement :
1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (four year regular classroom programme). OR DIploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
2. Experience : Minimum 15 years for BE / B.Tech. and 20 years for Diploma in repair & maintenance and spare parts planning in workshop of a large automobile dealership or large automobile workshop having fleet of over 200 vehicles.
