Deputy Manager - Maintenance (10-15 yrs)
Job Description
- Designing Maintenance Program
- Researching for new equipment to meet new internal or external customer requirement
- Handling development and training needs of the team
- Implementing Preventive Maintenance program
- Adhering to the safety regulation and Legal Acts
- Enforcing industry requirements
- Assessing risk
- Budgeting expenditure and capex
- Authority to stop the PC / MPC line / Washcoat processing if machine condition needs immediate maintenance
- Authority to stop any operation in the organization if found unsafe
- Authority to issue work permits
- Authority to cancel any work-permit if unsafe practices are observed
- Authority to revoke the name of any contractor from authorized contractors list if unsafe practices are observed
- Authority to take disciplinary action against any Maintenance department employee, if required
- Authority to take any decision in purchasing of any new material or equipment
Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.
