We have urgent requirement for "Dy. Manager Maintenance - Electrical at Bhosari in Pune" post in Pune.
Job Profile :
Qualification : Diploma/B.E in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation
Experience : Minimum 10 to 20 Years. in foundry industries/Sand Plant.
Work location : Bhosari in Pune
Computer Literacy : Working experience in SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Preferred Candidate : Local area PCMC or nearby candidate with SAP knowledge with complying above requirement.
Skills Required : Good Communication Skills, Strong Foundry Background.
Job Requirement :
1 Foundry Background with Knowledge in High Pressure Moulding Line, Sand plant, Sand Cooler, sand plant, core shop, overhead cranes, DG, compressors, induction furnaces, transformers, ACB & VCB, 22KV substation, core shooters and Material Handling Equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics.
2 Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance measures on machines for avoiding breakdowns .Checksheets, Preventive Maintenance/Shutdown compliance reports as per IATF 16949.
3 Maintaining & updating PM plan, Predictive maintenance, CBM, MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, History card, maintenance cost, energy consumption
4 Planning of shift schedule of shift engineers and workers of the maintenance department. Daily/ Time to time communication with production people is must for improvement
5 PLC debugging Knowledge of Siemens PLC, SCADA, HMI automation. (Siemens S7-200, 300, 1200, 1500), Mitsubishi PLC, Omron PLC etc
6 Knowledge of all electricals and other machines of the industry. as well as basic Mechanical knowledge is must, Well aware about Induction furnaces, EOT crane, Moulding machine, Sand plant & LT & HT equipment.
7 knowledge of SAP, MS-Office, MS-Excel and Internet skills. As well as safety
