Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and optimize inventory of spare parts for plant machinery and utilities. Availability of critical spares to avoid production downtime.

- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of spare parts. Negotiate pricing and ensure quality standards.

- Implement inventory management strategies to reduce waste and minimize costs. Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements.

- Maintain records of all spares used, track assets, and update system databases (SAP/ERP).

- Maintain documentation for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. Prepare for internal and external audits related to spare management.
