Position : Deputy Manager / Manager (Forging)
Education: -
Graduate / Post Graduate degree in mechanical engineering
- Experience of around 15 years in forging operations
Should possess indepth understanding of quality in forging / extrusion processes
Location: Hosur.
Industry Preferred: Forging
Experience :
1. Responsible for developing and implementing business plan, budget for Forging / Extrusion unit
2. Oversee and review Forging / Extrusion operations and drive achievement of set production targets
3.Oversee measures and projects implemented to achieve quality targets, cost efficiency and productivity
4.Responsible for addressing customer complaints, ensure customer deliveries as per commitment and handle key client interactions
5.Engage with critical suppliers and handle vendor interactions and development
6. Lead and manage the Forging / Extrusion team
