Deputy Manager/Manager - New Product Industrialization - Tyres (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Planning for New Product Industrialization activities for the plant for All Steel tires - TBR and ROTR.
- Deriving the green tire layout from cured tire layout for meeting the product design specifications.
- Green Profiles and Green tires specification preparation in SAP.
- Planning and monitoring trials for new product industrialisation.
- Shall be responsible for meeting the time lines for new product industrialization for meeting the objectives
- Establishing the process technology for new products and product categories
- Keeping an eye for standardization and meeting design objectives while preparing new specifications.
- Process and product trouble shooting to meet design guidelines.
- Co-ordination between various functions within plant and central functions at HO for product industrialisation.
- Managing the team in the All Steel product Industrialisation department.
Candidate Profile :
- B Tech. in Polymer Technology/ Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 7 years- experience in All Steel tires Industrialization and Process Technology.
- Thorough knowledge of All Steel tire Engineering and product testing
- Tire manufacturing machine knowledge, its principle and machine Settings.
- Knowledge of Tire curing press, mould, Bladder and bladder clamp rings
