Deputy Manager/Manager - Process (6-25 yrs)
Hiring for Dy. Manager / Manager - Process for a leading mining and mineral processing based in Central Africa
Experience: 06+ years
Education: BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech - Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy / Mineral processing
- Analyzing the metallurgical performance of the plant / process plant
- Strong understanding of Leaching kinetics (acid consumption, recovery), SX parameters (O/A ratio, phase separation, crud formation) and EW parameters (current density, voltage, cathode quality)
- EW parameters (current density, voltage, cathode quality)
- Establish monthly metal balance accuracy
- Improve metal recovery to maximum achievable limits
- Assist in maintaining and developing standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Optimization of reagents
- Continuous Improvement (Reduction in acid consumption, increased Plant throughout and Energy optimization in EW)
- Stable plant throughout at or above design capacity
- Consistent cathode quality (LME Grade A)
- Maintain high process stability with minimal deviations
- Reduction of chemical consumption by 5-10%
- Ensure 100%compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong knowledge on SAP-PP module
- Follow up with service departments for the jobs
