Deputy Manager - Powertrain Integration & Design (3-8 yrs)
1. CNG Engine integration & interface : ability to convert project requirement to engine specification. Finalization of engine interface.
2. Sound knowledge on alternate fuel engine and fuel system technology.
3. Knowledge on base emissions and ATS technologies to achieve BSVI & Future emission norms.
4. Knowledge about design specifications for engine to meet performance and durability requirements.
5. Experience in Engine integration, SOR & CIR release for engine requirement as per vehicle application.
6. Knowledge of Diesel Engine and peripheral systems.
7. Generation of concept Designs based on strength, cost, fit, benchmark & function.
8. 3D modeling, drawing, BOM preparations.
9. Design calculation for static & dynamic loading conditions.
10. Preparation of DFMEA, Design review document etc.
11. Hands on experience on Catia V5/V6
12. Support for Proto build, line build & field complaints.
13. Knowledge of Manufacturing and raw materials for the mentioned system
14. Working Knowledge about Vehicle and other Engine Subsystem
