Deputy Manager - Quality (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
Educational Qualification: BE-Mech/Plastics
Exp: 10-20 Years, relevant years in Plastic Industry
Work location-Chittoor
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for all quality functions relating to Incoming, In-process, Outgoing Quality and able to drive all above functions.
2. Responsible for ensuring consistent quality of production by developing, validating and enforcing good practices
3. Inspection of critical components in Vision measuring system (VMS)//Value stream mapping(VSM)
4. Responsible for complete Quality function planning, Evaluation, testing, implementation of Quality standards
5. To monitor and ensure the calibration of all measuring and Testing Equipment
6. Responsible to give corrective & preventive actions of quality issues & customer rejection
7. Taking preventive action and corrective actions for the Quality problem at customer end as well as in house to avoid quality related problems
8. Documentation, Implementation and maintaining of Quality management systems.
9. Relevant years of experience in Plastic Industry
