- To ensure Incoming Quality

- To ensure Process Quality

- Identify Critical Parameters and implement SPC

- To Plan & Provide Gauges & Inspection instruments

- To implement process for Set Up approval & Patrolling inspection

- To identify initial symptom of Process going out of control and initiate

Corrective & Preventive Actions :

- To ensure PDI

- To implement various process and ensure adherence through Process Audit.

- To ensure IATF Certification

- To carryout Functional audits as per plan

- To monitor and close NC's as per schedule

- To facilitate IATF & Customer Audits

- To monitor daily rejection, and monthly analysis and initiate action to reduce PPM

- To interact with Customer and manage Customer Complaints

- To ensure Instruments & Gauges calibration

- To manage the Finishing Operation and Final Inspection

- To support New Product Development

- To conduct SPC Training and enhance Team Capabilities

- To manage the entire Plating, Blackening and Hardening 3 rd Party Operations

- To Direct, Organize & Manage a team of Quality Persons.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- An Engineering Graduate from reputed Institute preferred a Mechanical

Engineer with 7-10 Yrs of Experience in Mid/large organization

- Must be QA head min for 2 Yrs

- Have Knowledge of Quality Tools & SPC

- Have Knowledge of Quality Systems & IATF Standards.
