Position : Deputy Manager Quality
Job Description :
- Overall in charge of quality assurance in the plant
- Customer interaction for resolution of customer complaints
- Good Experience in managing different quality teams in quality function like receiving quality & in-process quality
- Well versed with TS 16949 / ISO 9000
- Conducting training programs PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA, Q Circle for updating team skills and Quality Kaizen workshops
- Conducting Vendor quality Audits, development of systems at Vendor end and Vendor rating
- A keen planner with strategic mindset with expertise in planning quality operations
- Resource Planning & Competency mapping capability
- Shall work as management representative for various audits either third party or customer
Desire Profile :
- Candidate must be have Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production
- Exp-6-10 yrs
- Salary 6-10 Lac PA
- Location : Dewas
Competency Skills :
- Able to lead the team effectively.
- Good approach in working with cross functional Teams and senior management
- Good knowledge of English language both in verbal and written forms
- Negotiation skills and convincing skills
- Ability to self organize and respect due date
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skill.
