Deputy Manager - Quality Control (15-22 yrs)
A leading fertilising company is hiring for Deputy Manager-Quality Control :
Key Responsibilities :
- Leads the team of chemist, contributing to the development and achievement of business objectives.
- Works with a high degree of independence on a major piece of work (planning, organizing, acquiring resources, etc.
- Monitor the utilization and engagement of staff in the group and ensures that they optimally occupied.
- Ensure the analytical results released from the group are of high standard in time without delay.
- Self & team adherence to the Safety norms, QMS, NABL, ISO and other regulatory norms laid down by regulatory agencies.
- Develop the capabilities of people for compliance of implemented systems.
- Participate in various improvement plans within the function and lead few of them.
- Work as source of information in technical area.
- Well versed with the internal, Vendor and customer audit/inspection to maintain and regulate the systems.t
- Well versed with laboratory note book writing, recording, reviewing, maintaining and archiving of analytical data.
- Monitor the maintenance and calibration of instruments
