Monitoring of development cycle for proto to production assemblies.
Scientific Design of components with advance hand calculations.
Implementation of GD & T, Fits and Tolerances, tolerance stack up, and
DFMEA in design of mechanical assemblies or parts.
Working with cross functional teams to meet the requirements of customer and market.

New Product Design with customer requirements and specifications.
Prototype development with advanced hand calculations.
Design of Torsional, Compression and Tension Spring design.
Design of sheet metal components with conventional blanking, tool forming, simple bending operations and Fine Blanking.
Assembly of components using welding, riveting, and screw fastening.
Surface coating and surface treatment of components.
Identification of physical and virtual tests (FEA, ADAMS) for parts and assemblies to meet customer requirements or as per standards.
Observations of test results with respect to specifications and identifying the counter measures if results not satisfactory.
